[dvd::rip] split files on transcoding forgotten

Oh no,
I have again forgotten to check "split files on transcoding" when ripping into
two cds, and this time I cannot use ogmsplit because I have a subtitle file.
What to do?

BTW, as I pointed out before, why do you have to check that box if you rip into
more than one CD?
