At least at this point dvd::rip offers you using the chapter mode even
for WAV extraction. Assuming the DVD author set all chapter points
accurately, you should get a proper set of WAV files.
But you don't have ID3 tags or something like that. I have no idea from
where dvd::rip could get them. Are music/concert DVD's covered by CDDB?
